This epicurean, in love with good food and good wine, came to meet us and present us their company.
It is the story of a Gersois, a Vosgian and a Lot-et-Garonnais. Three friends animated by the same desire, that of making you share these gueuletons, these convivial meals which gather us around our beautiful French cuisine.
What connects them to the deepest part of them? A passion for gastronomy and the land !
They now run several wine and food bars (Agen, Royan, Pau and Nérac) and a black Gascon pig farm in the Lot et Garonne with the desire to offer their black pork in their gourmet places.
The black pig of Albret
For this gastronomic pork adventure, they teamed up with friends breeders from the Lot & Garonne, who for some time had wanted to go into the black pig business.
The breeding being located in the geographical zone of Albret, as well as Gascony, nothing better than to give birth to a new appellation: “the black pig of Albret”! “
The TBG !
They are also at the head of several “TBG” Tourne Broche Gueuleton ! Designed and manufactured by passionate craftsmen, the TBG travels to taste beautiful roasted meats on the spit.
Also equipped with a bar for string cooking, it also has two grills to grill beautiful beef ribs, some fish or other tasty dishes.
